Wedding and Special Event Policy
Select properties are available for weddings and special events. These property owners have opened their homes for special events. Keep in mind their individual policies, deposits and rules may vary depending on the property.
Event rental homes require extra maintenance, cleaning and management to ensure they remain suitable for your special event.
There will be a special event addendum to the rental license agreement that must be executed with the lease documents prior to occupancy.

- All events homes are available for outdoor events only unless specified arrangements are made. Maximum allowable guests are not to exceed 50 persons.
- There is an additional event fee incurred by the renter, in most cases the amount does not exceed $2,000. This fee will defray the cost involved in logistics of these events and ensure minimal “wear and tear” on the property.
- In addition to the event fee a security deposit in the amount of $2,000. will be required to be paid no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- Alternative parking arrangements for your guests will need to be made in advance as our homes have limited drive and off-street parking. Parking on the grass is prohibited due to septic drain fields and damage to landscaping. (Golf cart rentals or shuttle services may be available through local businesses.)
- Portable bathrooms will be required for outdoor events.
- An additional cleaning fee will be charged due to the extra traffic in the property.
- All décor and excess event trash to be removed by guest and or event caterers.
We look forward to assisting you with your party and guest accommodations and offer a variety of homes for every budget. There may be accommodation limitations depending on the date of event, advance planning is imperative especially if an event is planned during May through September. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to meet all of your needs for this special day.
