This home is not only spacious; it is well equipped with all the comforts of home. The well stocked kitchen has plenty of space for the chef in your group to cook up a feast. Internet access and cable televisions in every room will keep each guest entertained if a brief afternoon shower interrupts your sunny day on the beach. Dual living areas and fantastic bed arrangements make this home away from home a perfect option for families and small groups. Did we mention that the beach is right there? Relax to views of the ocean from the sun deck and glass porch. The private pool is the centerpiece for lounging and playing, and will have you enjoying your time outside as much as your relaxation inside. The ground level patio and pool area are equipped with comfortable seating and a grill for the master chef. Any worries will drift away with the sweet ocean breeze as you embrace island time. No Smoking. **The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $140 per night. 2BR/1BA downstairs seperate entry.** Per the Edisto Beach Police Dept.,due to this home's location on Palmetto Blvd., golf cart(s) cannot be driven to or from this property.

Our daughters and family certainly enjoyed this spacious home. The pool was a definite plus. The owner had an agency to clean the pool each morning. A paved trail for biking and walking was adjacent to the back of the lot which was most convenient. There were no interior stairs to the two bedroom apartment in the basement....outside steps must be used to access the main floor upstairs. This home is well furnished and there is plenty of kitchen space. Bottom line: A nice home for vacationing.

Perfect place for 9 adults and 5 children. The pool was a plus, not counting the frogs we had to get out each day. The downstairs was a nice addition, however, the kitchen was not stocked with any silverware, plates, bowls, etc. Everything was upstairs. The downstairs has a kitchen, so was not always convenient to come upstairs with children to have a bowl of cereal. Otherwise - top notch!!

We loved spending our family week in the Life of Rylee. Having the separate downstairs area was great for our 20 something kids and the dog. Having the downstairs kitchen was nice (fridge for extra drinks when out by the pool). We also loved not having to take sheets for al the beds. This was the first house we rented with a pool and it was definitely worth it! So nice in the evenings And after being on the beach all day! The shared driveway was a little difficult for us because we had a big boat and several cars but we talked to the neighbors and figured out the best places to park. The house is in the middle of the 3300 block so it’s a little walk to get to the beach access and you have to be careful with the traffic on Palmetto. I would definitely recommend this house if you have a large crowd.
